Description
I need a script that does 3 things.1) I need to make a first page of form. based on the data entered into it it should decside where to submit the form to. and what the next page should be
for example.
if country as USA it to form2-USA.html
if the another country it should submit to form2-NON-USA.html
and then repopulate the fields in form2 with the corresponding data entered into from1 (the filed names might be a little differant EG "name" and "first name"). (also note. the second page is hosted on an affiliate server. not mine. and i dont have control over it.
2) it sould also save a copy of the data locally in a database before submiting in a way that i can make search quiries of the submitted data and extract to csv.
3) opon pressing the "continue to step 2" button, while submiting to form2 it should it should load a page that says "processing your request" and also loads conversion html code
