Description:	Website Clone project (closetgoods.com) The project: Here is what we are looking for: We have a website that we have cloned ourselves but we are not familiar with webdesign. We only know how to create a jpg picture of the site as we want it to look. So we need you to make the jpg picture into an actual website. So basically the picture will show you exactly what it should look like, and therefore there will be no confusion about the design. Please write us a pm concerning the pictures of the site, so you can see what you are getting yourself into. The site is extensive and acts as a classified listing / auction site. Users put a product on the site for sale, and buyers are able to enter a price that they want to pay and also post a comment to that particular product. In comparison to eBay we allow the users to have much more direct contact with the seller. We do not wish to have it set up as an auction but rather give the users the option of putting out a bid on that particular item. The site will obviously need a wide variety of sub pages for different categories and also guides on how to use the site (A help section). We also require you to make a feedback section and implement a payment system. The payment system will have to be implemented so the users only pay for highlighted “auctions”, and also the following categories: bold, different color (appearing in search results), “hot item” etc (anything that basically highlights their auctions in search results), top placement in search results. Users will pay for these sorts of highlighted auctions through a “bag of tokens”. They will be able to buy 5, 10, 25 to100 up till 250 tokens. You have to built the system so when someone uses a “token” to highlight their auction by having it appear in bold through search results – Then one token will be taken off their account. You will build a site that has a login feature; profiles should contain a picture of the user and basic info. You will build a site that has an auction-based platform where users will publish their product for sale. Below the product description, other users will be able to enter text and also propose a trade (we need possible buyers to be able to publish two thumbnail pictures here to show what she wants to trade with the seller). Potential buyers must also be able to propose a price they want to pay for the product. You will build a site that graphical wise looks very modern and structured. We wish to have a site that holds a similar platform to facebook.com in terms of top menu, simplicity and design. Color wise we would like you to be inspired by deviantart.com This is the profile we are looking for: You must report to us weekly with an update as to how far the site has come in the building process. You must posses a high level of knowledge in terms of building sites that feature Flash, Java and CSS. We also need you to be able to think creatively while keeping a firm structure on the site, so it looks highly professional. You must be able to provide us with links to sites that you have build that are functioning. We will not consider your bid if you provide us with a front page for a site that is not even close to being done. We need to know that you are serious and if you have the experience that we are seeking, you will also have built several sites in the past that you can show us as part of your portfolio. Here is what you can expect from us: We have a concept for the site that we know is going to work for us, so we will be easy to work with. We will respond to you promptly to optimize the process for a smooth transition from idea on the drawing board to a working site in cyberspace. We will pay you through three installments either through escrow or paypal. The first payment will be paid after you have finished our front page. The second payment will be paid to you after you finish phase two which is to build the subcategories and create the site as a whole. The third installment will be paid when the site has been checked for bugs and the work is completely done. You can rest assured that we will pay you promptly.
