Description:	we have an existing repair management website. customers repairs are registered in the system, and when repairs are done, they are tagged as DONE in the mysql database. we need a system that will call these people using skype, to play a prerecorded message, to tell them it is ready for pickup. this script needs to run 2 times a day. at 9am and 7pm. we need to add a module to the system to work in cooperation with voicent's phone dialer system. DOWNLOAD it the newest release 6.0.2. at http://www.voicent.com/download. more info here as well http://www.voicent.com/devnet/ Additional information submitted: 04/22/2008 at 21:12 EDT: Our site is on a shared hosting plan. we will provide you remote access to an internal computer, with skype installed on it, and where you can install voicent software. we have not purchased the software yet. you can use the demo. 04/25/2008 at 4:48 EDT: if field ePosition = ready4pickup this means it must be called. ePosition is in the pc__tickets table. each record has two phone numbers. both numbers must be called. if a phone number is not at least 10 digits, it should not be called. i believe your script needs to do the following. run two cron jobs at the designated times, which export all poeple with the "ready4pickup" status. and then utilize the the dailer system to call them.
