Description: Theme Park Review would like to convert our current HTML based video downloads page into a YouTube style page with the following features:

- The page would display featured videos and most recently uploaded videos
- Forum Members can upload videos which play in a video window - Their forum profile would display a section for their videos
- Admin back end to approve video uploads, add videos, delete videos, etc.
- Abilty to search for videos from the video page or the forum search.
- Registered members can rank videos and add comments
- Video quality needs to be better than YouTube!
