Description:	My website loads youtube videos from a database and outputs them onto the screen. Simple datbase references. I need a script that will reference the amount of hits available for the video and play it, by randomly picking the user from users with points available. i.e. user 1 points = 10 user 2 points = 12 user 3 points = 0 So the script would pick users 1, 2 until the points are all gone. and would need to add to all users accounts as they run a promotion script that will play videos, like a ratio. They receive 1 Point for every 20 the generate. But the script also needs to decrement the count-- everytime its done the function, that picks the user. I do have PHP experience but I was looking for optimized code. I have some code written for me all ready that I do not now how to use. I would give it to you for free and send you links for what I need, I just need it put together as soon as possible. I have no problem profit sharing from the site, as long as I can get a deal on this initial programming. I have 200 in line for memberships, and will be selling memberships daily and hits for videos.
