I need a printing online store.Something like this

It must have
1.Online qoute/instant princing.Some of the product options will be base on quantity.Example:
Folding for 1000 brochures is $10($10 + 1000 brochures base price.not $10 x 1000 brochures)
Folding for 2000 brochures is $18
Folding for 3000 brochure is $40

2.File upload option

3.User account

4.I will be able to upload product myself.

I'm using hostgator hosting.
