Description: We, a biotechnology company, decided to redesign our website. We will scrap our old site design and start from scratch.

The new site will be a simple front for the research based company. There are no products to be sold, therefore it will only be an informatory site. It will have 6 main tabs with several pages within. The outline is attached in a word file.

We currently have and will provide all the text content, company/employee pictures and company logos in vector files.

All we need is a company to come up with a design and put it all together. This will be a very easy and a quick project for an expeienced company.

We are open to all suggestions in terms of the structure and the language used. However, the general audience will consist of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies and many scientist. We are looking to have a professional looking website that incorporates flash elements.

We would also like to be able to update some of the content ourselves later on, such as press releases or job postings. Please keep that in mind and come up with a solution. (html or xml might allow us to do that while php could be tougher)

The site being searchable by google is important as well. Flash may have limitations when it comes to that. One idea could be to have the same site built in both html and flash, and give the viewers the option to choose. That way the viewers will have the ability to view a high quality, professional website, while the html version will appear on google searches. But as mentioned above, we are open to suggestions as long as you can come up with viable solutions.
