So Here is the deal;
Yes, as you will be able to tell this is the third time I am posting this project. I always thought that there would be a firm or someone out there to produce the whole package, but I have come to realize that no one firm or person can do everything. So now this is much smaller project.

I already have the .PSD file for the layout of home page, I will also provide a full flash intro.
You, should you decide to bid on the project need to be someone that can program it, it needs to be CMS, because after you complete this project, I will find a translator to do the site in spanish. Please don't bid on this project, if you have a million other projects, and you need to be available for communication through email, and chat. US Time West coast!!

Again the layout will be provided, as well as flash intro. You need to do XHTML, CSS, Java, PHP and Google Map integration, and provide the royalty free pictures as necessary. After the project is finished you need to the SEO, and provide all the files to us, then upload it to our server and provide support for first 14 days so that all the bugs are taken out.

You may not place your name on the project as this is an effort of various vendors, all of the contents and work will be become the property of our company.
