Description

We fortunately have more work than we can accommodate...and are looking to engage interested individual(s) in a long-term relationship.

*** Please note the following pre-conditions before applying ****
1. Knowledge of English - need to be able to be able to communicate(reading, written, verbal) in English.
2. A trial project (estimated at 1 man-day) of work will be required, before engagement. This will be to ensure skill set is comparable with our expectation; but will be no more than a exercise.
3. Need to have access to Live Messenger on regular basis, (06h00 GMT to 20h00 GMT) and email - communication, specification(s) will be through this medium.
4. Looking for individuals with "can do" attitude and ability to work within "virtual teams".

We are looking for individual(s) with the following skill(either standalone or combined) set:
1. HTML - Advanced
2. PHP - Advanced
3. Java/ Java Scripting - Advanced
4. MySQL - Intermediate
5. Flash - Intermediate

Scope of Work:
1. We currently specialize in Custom Development, and would estimate 100+ hours of work each month...although this could increase based on the individual's want.
2. All projects will be agreed by both parties before commencement - this will include time and cost.
3. The initial period will be for 5 projects - estimated at 50-60 hours of work each. Thereafter we would consider 12 month engagement.
4. Work completed must be own work, and all rights will revert to ourselves.

Remuneration:
1. You will get paid on completion of a Project. This will be in effect for the first 5 projects. i.e. at time of completion of each. Thereafter, we would enter into a monthly retainer; with additional payment for each completed project.
2. Payment will be in USD, and deposited into Paypal Account / International Bank Account.
3. Opportunity exists for equity stake in certain of the projects into the future, with opportunity for annuity income(not guaranteed) - but will not affect/discount project costs. We currently take a minority equity share in a large number of projects, and would be willing to offer as further incentive.
