Description

I am seeking a developer to build me a web based application to run a java based program already developed. Also developed are the front-end website pages. In order to find out what is involved with this project, please visit the mockups at the following links:

You will not be designing or building the homepage of the java application. You are just building the backend code necessary for the various user accounts and for the application itself. Since the file upload feature does not work, you can email me about addiiotnal details about this project. In order to be awarded this project, YOU MUST send me a detailed proposal outlining each step, called a "milestone," the cost, the number of hours to complete each step and which steps need to be completed first, second, etc... Additionally, you will provide all source code and technical doxs at the completion of each step/milestone as part of this project and payment is only made upon the completation of each step. The funds for this project will be escrowed.
