Description: We would like to have developed a WYSIWYG editor be able to be installed at remote/or from client side to edit html/php pages. Clients will be able to modify easily their web pages and upload them easily (built in ftp editor) to their server without the need to install software on their computers.
Please note this is not a project to code a web editor like the one we can find on the web to build online a site. It is focused on editing existing pages on existing web sites.
Should be able to modify any pages, modify content, upload, browse directories to integrated files, images, drag and drop content to place on web paged (imaged, pdf, documents, flash objects… etc.

It has not to be php applets (already existing for free on the web) where you need to modify html pages to allow editing. It has to be intuitive, extremely user friendly. The most appropriate example is webeditor
If feasible should be in Ajax oriented written, meaning to use any technics to increase the end user experience, usability and make it simple, pleasant to use . (Asynchronous JavaScript + XML)

We want it full branded to our company and be cross platform open. Should support English and French languages.
