I have a website like twitter , and i would like members to be able to upload banners or ads in form of (html code ), and i would like that banner to appear in the tweet area for 6 seconds every time the member submit atweet. and if you have any questions please let me know .

The site is www.zonzia.net and i like the member to be able to upload a banner in there profile and that banner should appear in the tweet area ....where the tweets appear , but i need it to appear for 6 seconds every time the member submit a tweet , so when the member sumit a new tweet the banner should appear for 6 seconds .any questions let me know

note: we had alittle discussion with other programmers and they asked more questions and you can see more answers on the site
