FIRST AND MOST IMPORTANT I NEED THIS DONE WITHIN 24 HOURS.

The website already exists and works fine. PHP code is all working okay:

I need to make the following changes to the layout and the interaction:

ON ALL PAGES
1. FOOTER - On the bottom of each page we will need the following registered info (please see http://www.timesonline.co.uk/ at bottom of page to see size and style):

a HORIZONTAL RULE at 1px at the bottom then the following text:

2. HEADER
The 2 logos are currently on top of each other. I need these to be next to each other (TIMESONLINE on left, ENGAGING MINDS on right with a space inbetween)

PAGE CHANGES
ON index.php
1. Please remove intro copy and replace with "Click here to join Engaging Minds, to receive our half-termly email and opt in to receive any of the activity packs shown on the right. " the CLICK HERE should take you to join.php

2. Move JOIN button (currently on right hand holumn) to this column underneath this sentence.

3. Under the join button and above the help and comment email addresses, please can you put in some copy which reads:

"If you are already registered with Engaging Minds please select the activity packs you wish to receive, shown on the right, enter your registered email address and click on submit."

4. Remove For any other info, please email: info etc.

1. Please change drop downs in the title field to:
Mr
Mrs
Miss
Ms
Dr

2. Change House Number and Street to just Street

3. Remove entirely check box and "I confirm I have read and understood the privacy policy. " as we do not need this to be confirmed

4. In the data protection text, please delete the comma straight after Times Newspapers Ltd

5. join.php thank you page
When you fill out the form on join.php, you see a thank you page.
What we want is for the right hand column of index.php (with the 4 pack opt-ins and the email field and CONFIRM button) to appear on this thank-you page too so that once you have joined, immediately you have the pack selections.

6. Change "Click here to return to the homepage and order your packs" to just "Click here to return to the homepage"

1. Currently when you register, it automatically sends a text-based email. We now want it to send an HTML email. The files you will find at:

It needs to be personalised so will need to say Dear FIRSTNAME LASTNAME in the text when it is sent.
