A feeding server that can push and pull data. All data stored in a WebDav server.

What I already have versus what the provider will build:
A WebDav server

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
The database server is MySql, the WebDav server is Apache WebDav.

The web server can handle typical registration and receive/retrieving data.
