Description

THIS PROJECT NEEDS URGENT ATTENTION AND IS REQUIRED WITHIN 1 WEEK.

We are teachers.

We need a system for pupils to book into classes.

LOCATION
On one day we may run the classes in one place and on another day it may be in a different city/ address.

CLASSES
We may run 1 class or 4 or 5 classes simultaneously in different rooms

CLASS SIZE
Classes will have a maximum number of pupils but it will be different for each class / day / location

SESSION TIMES
Different classes will have different session durations so as an example, Drama may require 2 hour sessions and starting at 10am until 6pm and so we can have a session at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm but music we can do every hour. Each subject will be different

BACK END
We need an admin section that will allow us to enter a date & location for an 'event' and also the different classes on that day, a description for the subject, teacher names, maximum class size, times of classes

FRONT END
Pupils will need to go online, REGISTER certain details (we will give these in due course), and then select their location or their date to see what classes are available.

They must be able to see how many places are left on different classes / times. They can book a place through the website.

If a time / date is full and they want to go on a waiting list for that class / time, they need to be able to do that too.
