Description: User registered, create profile (standard, address, etc)
Select category (movie, sport, software..etc)
Create rumor, submit.
Rumor become public when admin approved it.
Admin get email notifications when new rumor is submitted. for approving, when select approve, rumor become public to all, and start showing on main page, as a new rumor.
All signed users must agree to agreement.(no porno, no adult content)
left , right, top and bottom area must be for banner add.
Need funny design.
System has internal email (same like facebook) so people can exchange emails.
System need to have a forum and chat where users can discuss any rumors.
