Dear friends,

We need a reverse auction website similar to www.bidster.com. Do keep in mind that we dont want a clone, the concept should be the same but with a different and unique design. The difference with this website would be that this would have both time limited auctions similar to (www.bidster.com) aswell as number of bids limited auctions similar to (www.auctionair.co.uk/Low-Bid-Auction/index.aspx).

The right person for this project should be very creative and a good designer. A person who can dedicate fulltime on this project. Please if you dont have experience in making a Reverse Auction Website DO NOT BID FOR THIS PROJECT.

The website would be launched in different countries together, but there would only be one domain. Please see www.bidster.com for more info.

Here below are the features that the website should have.

* Fully integrated website, suited to exact requirements
* Bids via Credit / Debit card and Reverse Billing SMS
* Back-end structure of website integrated with the front design
* SMS call-to-action for customers
* Bidding cost chosen by client – Generate revenue or make them free
* SMS coverage of various countries around the globe*
* I want to add as many new auctions as i want via the Management Console
* Instant notification of bid status by SMS or email
* Changes to bid status sent by SMS or email
* Bid range functionality – Customers know what range to bid in
* eWallet functionality included – Repeat bids simple and fast

* Full access to Online Management Console
* Ability to view all customer details, order history, monthly statements, make refunds and view SMS logs – all the data should be at my fingertips 24/7
* Ability to market to existing customers by sending out text messages / emails

* I must not need to setup a merchant account – the service should be fully equipped with this functionality
* Content Management functionality so that i can change the content on the website
* Manage the auctions which are previewed and promoted on the home page via the List Manager in the Management Console
* Daily email giving me a financial summary of how the service is performing
* Website optimized for search engines like Google (using latest SEO techniques)
