Description: I have a proxy site that is having it's bandwidth stolen.

AWStats reports 90K + uniques. Other counting engines (including google) shows about 3K.

I want a script or http redirect that will take all of the users bypassing my site pages as they use my bandwidth and send them back to my homepage to use my proxy.

This is a php script, running on Fedora Core 5, with PHP 5, and Apache.

The end result should be that my independent statcounters (including google) should match my AWStats (nearly) without actually shutting out the traffic - just redirect them.
