Description

We need a protoype for a web based application. If the provider succeeds he can make the whole program. Skills needed: UML, XML.
Particularly GUI design and feeling. The application should run on both windows or linux server.

Please if you do not have great GUI skill, don't apply!!.
I want to see some portfolio of webbased applications that you have made, or send me some mockup.

When you apply, also tell me in what environment you will design it
