Description

We need a photomosaic algorithm that is fast and has attractive results. The algorithm can be written in any of the following languages: PHP, Java, Ruby (possibly other languages if essential). The script will be tested by us in terms of its speed, accuracy and robustness. We need an automated system for creating photomosaics, not manual editing software. This will eventually be integrated with a web-based system.
