Description

A friend and I are making a ptc site. We need a custom script. Here is a list of what I need:

-Easy to use interface for admin and users
-Renting Referrals
-Different Payment processors (Alertpay and Paypal)
-Pay for things on site with site earnings
-Forum
-Banner rotation
-Nonmembers can advertise (different prices for them)
-Captcha when you log on
-Different lotteries for referrals and money
-Custom statistics showing referral earnings, your earnings, etc
-Autopay, extending your referrals times, recycling them, etc
-Refs can only be rented when they click a certain number of ads
-People can only be paid once they click a certain number of ads
-4 different customizable member types (including standard)
-Customize the number of direct refs members can have
-Customize the payout time
-Customize the price for renting referrals
-Customize the length of time members have to view ads
-Customize the minimum payout for the different memberships.
-Automatic deletion of accounts that have not clicked an ad in a certain number of days (the numbers depending on the membership type)

I want something that looks custom. I don't want some default looking script. Also, please include instructions on how to install it also. I don't know much about installing but I want to do it myself. Right now my budget is under $50. (preferably 30) Please do not bid more than this. This is all I have. Thanks
