Description: I need an experienced OsCommerce developer to modify/fix my cart.

I have a fast checkout mod and several other mods on the cart already.

I need the following modifications:
I have 2 products, SmartShopper and Paper Pack.

Paper-pack shipping is $1.10 per pack in the USA.
Paper-pack shipping is $5.99 per pack if not in the USA.
Only offer these options if getting only paper pack(s).

Only show standard ground and 2nd day air for USA orders.
Only show International shipping for International orders.

Multiply the number of units ordered times the flat rate shipping price. Show the shipping options with prices reflecting that value. Calculate that in to the customers total.

So if you buy 2 smartshoppers and 1 paper pack in the usa, your options show:
Ground: $21.60 (2x10.5+1x1.1)
2nd Day: 42.10 (2x20.5+1x1.1)

If you are outside of the usa. your options say:
International 155.99 (2x75+1x5.99)

if:
USA [Ground: 10.50 / 2nd Day 20.50]
INT [International SS 75 / Paper pack 5.99 ]

The person may also need to fix my AIM shipping module.
