I need to hire a person who is proficient in Web design from A-Z
I have the domain + hosting set up. All is required is a site design.

In order to reduce cost, I welcome and encourage off-the-shelf website template designs
for my business.

My business is in the industrial-electronic component trading industry.
I'm looking for a freelancer who will have a good taste in putting together my company website:
1. Home page describing company and displaying the current slew of companies we represent (Logos & Links to company sites)
2. Pages for Products we sell with links to Data Sheets (PDF downloadable files)
3. I want a portion of the home page to have News/Product update section so I am able to do so whenever necessary.
4. Ability to upload updated photos when necessary
5. Some training for using Dreamweaver or other such product to FTP updates when necessary
6. Support & follow up to 1 year so that we can correct any mistakes along the way.
7. I prefer someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to wait for my instructions every step of the way. I will assume you know what you're doing and will do your best to make the site as presentable and easy to use for potential visitors.
8. I would like the visitors on the site to rate & send feedback about the website.
9. If you have unique ideas that will make my site stand out, I welcome your initiative.
