Description

Hello all,

I have been working with a provider to develop a custom website similar to an online community. Unfortunately this provider did not read the job description thoroughly before bidding, and now I find that they do not have the skills to complete the work.

I need a membership system added to this site that would include:

-multiple subscription join options (PayPal, MoneyBookers, and PayFlow Pro). *PayFlow Pro is our own merchant account. I would need the ability to review, edit, cancel, suspend, and manually sign up members.

-As this site will serve as a community website I need a backend admin area to review sign ups, monitor, delete profiles and accounts, and e-mail users.

Fortunately much of the design and functions are complete as this will help greatly in explaining how this site should work.

But without a proper membership system and backend admin panel I cannot do anything with it. Please ONLY bid if you are experienced in these fields and ONLY if you have actually read my requirements.
