I need a seasoned programmer for this job. First let me describe what qualities in a programmer I am looking for.

1. Good communication
2. Preferably no day job as I want 100% dedication to this project.
3. Finishes work in quoted time frame
4. Good english is a plus
5. Do you bid if you do not understand the project

I have had a lot of issues with programmers that were not very good. Dont bid if you are not an outstanding programmer.

I have a website at onlinetcggames.com. Currently the deckbuilder and game applet are in java. I want to incorporate a new deckbuilder into the site. The deckbuilder would be done by incorporating APIs from another site called CCGDB.com. With this change the file manager may need to be changed along with the java game applet itself being changed to incorporate the new API deckbuilder. If you need more clarification please post messages to the project clarification board prior to bidding.
