Description: We need someone to customise our modernbill order form. The header and footer template is already integrated.

This is what we require:

1. A progress bar/image for each step of the order form to show customers where they are on the order form. Needs to be placed on each step of the order form with different progress images for each step.

2. Our payment logo and comodo logo added to footer of modernbill/template all the way through the order form.

3. Payment options on checkout to have logos such as PayPal, Visa and Mastercard and be neat and centered.

4. The fields on the checkout screen where the customer fills out their details is a bit messy and needs to be cantered and maybe a border to make it look tidier.

5. The order form needs to look the same in both firefox and ie in all versions.

Payment will be made via PayPal to the wining bidder on completion and testing of the project.
