I want to clone the site blackstone.com with every functionalities similar.

I want a simple admin section to manage the content of the site for example (you can use any open source script for content management) i want to manage the flash news and staff management by admin and a simple login for the employees that will be simply an icon for employee.

website must be made using div and no table or preferred to use AJAX, plz remind that i am also a professional.

if this job will be done professionally, than i promise to award project in sequence, let this first to be in pipeline.

its a simple job and will require very less time,
