This “project” has not been intended to be for “bidders” or providers”. So providers that are looking for a project to bid on can stay away.

Basically, this “project” has been targeted to buyers, preferably based at the USA or Europe.

We are a team of very experienced and competent software engineers and graphics designers working under a banner of a software solution and IT service company called Astha.

We have hands on experience of working in the software and web development space for more than 7 years and have worked on numerous projects for several Fortune 500 companies before forming up this team.

In addition to being industry experts, all of our professionals are computer science graduates and fluent English speakers.

What we are looking for is an organization that is willing to outsource IT assignments to us and we would be guaranteeing to deliver AAA quality solutions on time.

We are interested and ready to sign any kind of legal documents or contracts. In fact, we are interested to be a “Technology Implementation Partner” of any outsourcing organization.

So, what would be the business deal in this venture?

Well, we are not willing to work on project basis, instead on timely (may be, weekly or monthly) payment basis. We offer hourly working rates as low as USD$ 3 per hour ! Please get the attached document titled Salary Breakdown 2.doc that lists the hourly working rates for different roles and positions. You may send as much projects you would like in a month, but need to pay only a fixed amount which will be calculated according to the number of developers and designers you hired multiplied by their hourly working rates. As a bonus, you would have to pay for development only, we would provide some services such as project management, quality assurance (QA), etc. for free. We believe that this will be the most profitable mode of operation for you and us.

I am sure that there is someone (or some company) out there who will eventually accept our offer and form a partnership with us, and thus will be a winner at the end.
