Description

This is a $50 project. I'm looking for a long term relation and I expect you to be able to understand and write English very well, fast turnaround, worked on high traffic site before and with deep knowledeges in PHP, Javascript, HTML, Mysql and Ajax. I'm not paying a lot for this project, but if I like your work I'll definitely pay a better rate for future project. Here's the project details:

1.) I have a contact form on my site, I want you to add a captcha system for it. And I want you to create another contact form without the captcha system for members use, this form should automatically catch the member's details(username and email address) and included in the email they sent.

2.) I just implemented a ranking system (groups). Now I want to set limitation to a certain groups of member.
i) They have 10 credit for download each day, after they use up the credit they won't be able to download any files until next day.
ii) They are not allowed to post any comment on the site.
