Description

I am looking for someone that can create a new and or modify an existing theme for Joomla.

-Create a Banner
-Light Flash
-Some art work
-Logo Creation
-Clean Layout
-Color scheme

Must be willing to make artistic judgment on the design without me giving every detail, in another words be creative.
