Description:	i'm having trouble starting tomcat 5.5 and need someone's assistance. Cpanel says it's running yet ps -e | grep tomcat returns nothing, I get a 404 error here: http://216.83.111.31:8080 and whereis java returns nothing. This all happened out of nowhere. I'm trying to get red5 to run again. I really don't want to have to restart my machine as it is a production server. i also want to use this as a learning experience so if it happens again I'll know what to do. I'm also always looking for red5/tomcat users that can lend a hand and would be willing to work through this over IM. Let me know, Thanks! Ben
