Description

Looking for a Firefox plugin/addon that will allow the ability to click a button in the toolbar or by right clicking on a page and open a new window that displays a web form. The link to the form should be configured in the addon settings/configurations under tools menu.

Similar to the del.icio.us addon that allows you to tag a page and add more details.

When clicking the button to open the form it should also be passed post or get data such as the current URL, URL title, meta description if present.
