Hello,

I am looking to hire a company to develop a web eletronic sourcing marketplace niched to the desinging industry.

The project has to have a strong design and has to be very intuitive for surfing.

It will be designed to serve as a marketplace for people offer and contract services in the design industry. In some ways it will be like a freelance marketplace niched for the design industry.

I Will source the whole project using freelancers and will use this site to hire all the teams I need till project completion.

I have not yet decided exacly the best tecnologies web structure to use on the projct, so the first part of the projet, I will source exacly that.

I would like to finish the whole project and have the portal up until Mid January.

For this part of the project I am looking to source the following steps;

1. Define the best structure and navigation for the portal;
2. Draw the mapsite;
3. Define the best technologies to use; and its advantages, on this type of endevour regarding;
(a) simple and friendly to manage,
(b) good design capabilities
(c) relaiability and compatible to most computers and users
(d) low cost
(e) scalable.
(f) security.
4. Define the all the steps and timeframe to deploy project using a team of freelancers.

Bids for this project will only be considered by companies with proven experience on this kind of project.

For pre selected bidders, I will send a file with more details on the features I am expecting for this portal, for now all I can antecipate is that it must contain;

1. file and image exchange possibilities;
2 e-commerce possibilities;
3. store in store;
4. Forum
5. database;
6. suggestion inteligence for " similar itens"and customers who bought this also bought;
7. Raiting for service providers and contractors;
8. reverse auction for bids.
