Description:	Our client requests an interface for people to purchase E-Currency. It must allow a spot for people to put the following: Name Address (Address, Zip/Postal, City, State Country) E-Mail Address Spot for Account Number if select certain items. Must contain a drop down menu which has the following: "Buy E-Currency" C-Gold CashU E-Bullion E-Gold EvoCash Gold Money Liberty Reserve Pecunix UKcash WM Transfer (WebMoney) After they select this they need to have a box to enter the account number. Then there needs to be a drop down box that has the following: "Pay for E-Currency" AlertPay Cash* Cashiers Check* Cashiers Cheque* Check* Moneybookers Money Order* PayPal Travelers Check* Travelers Cheques* Western Union** Wire Transfer*** *Requires a notification or box that has the Send to Address. **Requires a notification or box that has the Western Union Details ***Requires a notification or box that has the Wire Transfer Details It needs to be able to e-mail a receipt out to the customer and also needs to have the functionality to create an order number. Please do NOT bid the highest amount possible as it will probably not be chosen. An Admin panel for this would be nice as well so we can edit the different items as we need to for our client.
