Description

I need a complete website done from scratch. I want it to look unique, and it's going to need a few different things. There will be just basic pages with content, but I will also need a forum, and a blog, and I will need it to be user friendly to me to add stuff as I go. Here's the main sections of the website, which I will provide the content for.

News, Calender, Classifieds, Schools, Entertainment, Sports, Coupons

That is basically it, and each page could be the same design with just different content. I want a very modern look with lots of colors and lines.

I'm also going to need a database, because there will be a members area for paid members only.

Other than that, I can explain more details if you have questions. I have a limited budget, but know that this can't be done for free. I'm willing to pay if it's going to be good, but I see more of a long term opportunity for myself and the web design team, because I'm going to need the services as the web site grows and I have to accomodate. Once the site is live, it won't take long for it to be flooded with users because of my marketing efforts and schedule that is in place. If someone treats me right now, while creating the site, I'm going to treat them right as we begin to make more and more money.
