NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN MAKE URGENT CODE FIXES RIGHT NOW.

The attached file interacts with our database. You can see the live file at www offersinthetimes com / registration-new.php

In need it fixed so that:
1. when it is first opened and neither Permanent nor Supply are selected, then nothing appears on the right hand side of the page. By selecting one of these 2 options, the correct the correct content already appears, but I want it empty when nothing yet selected.

2. when you enter the first part of postcode, a drop-down list of matches appears. But this is not working on all browsers. I need a quick solution that will work across all browsers.

3. when Permanent / Supply selected, the right hand side should appear with correct content. This works on some browsers but not on older browsers (nothing changes on older browsers).
