Description

Develop Bulk SMS web & desktop application for push and pull sms along with voice sms feature.

The functions required are common & pretty simple as detailed below, with some Value Added features -

Must be compatible with the following api's : SMPP 3.4/HTTP/XML/DLL for both external and internal connections.
High Capacity Messaging System with capability to handle atleast 100 messages per second speed with scalability options.


Ability to connect filters/plugins to the system as and when required.
User-friendly CRM.
Distributed architecture allowing maximum flexibility and scalability.
Auto recovery and restart functionality.
Easy, quick and smooth software and hardware upgrades.
Support of multiple SMSC connections.
Support of load sharing between SMSC connections.
Support of message exchange between multiple SMS Centers over SMPP/HTTP/XML/DLL connections.
Multiple routing system.
Support of traffic limitation for user accounts (individual and overall).
Configurable retry periods and policies for waiting messages.
Support of Prefix/text based barring and masking for individual user accounts.
Flexible CDR and file format.
Daily Traffic reporting system.
Monthly traffic reporting system.
User Friendly GUIs for the alarm monitoring, configuration and statistical reporting.
Support of 7, 8, 16 bit messages.

Spam Monitoring system (ex: add selected keyword,if message contains those keywords then it gets blocked and waits for admin approval)

White labeled system for resellers (i.e. unbranded panel for resellers where the reseller can upload logo, change theme, layout etc)
Under the reseller system, admin must be able to assing reseller rights (i.e. allowing a reseller to create further resellers,etc)
Provide XL plugin to users (branded for clients and unbranded for resellers).
Invoice management system.
Support ticket system.
Sender-id management system.
Enable/Disable dynamic sender-id.
Sender-id blacklist system,i.e. permanently disable select sender id's.
Generate Promotion dioscunt coupons and offer to client and validate the coupon upon redemption.

· Add Auto reply URL Forwards, SMS Forward, Email Forward Feature to individual Keywords, Sub-Keywords

Panel must include voice sms feature.

New user signup with mobile authentication, allocation of fixed number of demo sms credits on successful signup.
Export all user detail /username/password/email/mobile/credits/expiry/ usertype/etc in an excel sheet.
Enable HTML PAGE TO SEND SMS VIA HTTP API.



Compatibility check with project -

Budget is not a constriant.
Prior full-fledged working experience on similar project.
Sample working demo of similar previous projects completed.
