Description

2 php forms.. 2 forms must have a system to update by only the one who make the submission, also there must be an admin form to see the form details. I dont want to work with database i want a text based system

1. Congress paper submittion form
action is mailing to chair mail account in kdtd.org
css: must be taken from kdtd2009.org
the form must be in turkish and must a clear email style
two javascript controls must be done
a. as seen on the example.html we must tell the konusmaci("speakers") number which is 4 if there there is no tartisma("ontother form of speker")
every özet("summary") part must have 300 words after 300 words the textarea must be inactive
The form must be 2 part we must first select the Panel, Uzmanlabulusma,calisma grubu, bildiri from combo box and than we must see the form of the selected part... The forms can be seen on the word document namely bildirigiris.doc
Kongre Ana konusu is a big combo box which has the bullets on the http://www.kdtd2009.org/anakonular.html

2. second form with action chair mail account in kdtd.org
the form must also got the header from kdtd2009 and the css
the form's word document is kayit.doc
