Description

We are in need of web based employee management portal for our employees (IT consulting company).

we need to cover everything from :
prospective employees,Project employees,Client submissions
confirmed Placements,Placement details, Vendor/Client details,
web based Timesheet,online forms, email employees etc. & TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION ASWELL.

we want someone to develop this application with open source technologies and database. the site needs to be fast and around 500+ users will be using it simultaneously. I need the complete software application(not just executable file) and need technical documentation aswell.
