1. Customers can set up and maintain an account
2. Customers can view and change account detailes
3. Customers can top up account balance (deposit money). Must be provided various methods like moneybookers, webmoney, wire, ect. and posibbility to add more methods.
4. Cusomters can request withdrawal
5. Customers can transaction history.
6. Log all activity for each account.
7. Graphic design can be edit separately.

Price is negotiable but you are not require to write all from the beging, any situable sript can be used.
