Description: I have one page newsletter, with simple module integrated but I need few things before start using it.

- re-design more flexible with interchangeable jpg & gif .
- send a test message to test address.
- sent newsletters stored into an archive.
- need to send to other imported mailing list.

I have a tight budget of b/w $20-$40 for this job.
