Description

I had purchased a template from templatemonster.com and then had it redesigned through a developer on this site. However, now my requirments have changed and I need some more customization as follows-

1) Some buttons on header and footer need to be changed
2) I need some layout redesign such as adding space above the header and below the footer, moving content around, increased margins etc.
3) I also need a script that will allow a user to fill up a contact form that will be sent to me by email
