What we want
============
We require CUSTOM designs from you. These designs need to be created from scratch, you cannot just steal other designs and pass them off as your own. We will need 2-3 different colour schemes for each design. We require the designs in ZIP format, with the PSD source files included.
The design
==========
You should be looking at sending us a variety of templates. We mainly require business/corporate style templates which are clear and easy to use. They must look professional. We will also accept themed templates, especially for special days of the year such as Christmas, or for Valentine's Day. Use your imagination, we will purchase EVERY design that we like.
Our designers
=============
You must be English speaking and easy to contact. Please ensure that you can be available for future work as we will be purchasing 10-20 templates per month. There is room for more than one designer here, so show us what you can do!
Payment
=======
We will pay $30 per template that we accept. The template should be sent with 2-3 different colour schemes in ZIP format to us. Payment will be sent weekly via Paypal to your account.
We are looking for designers that we can work with long-term here. We're UK based and would prefer UK designers, but we will accept designs from anywhere in the World, as long as they meet the standards above and our satisfaction.
This initial project is for the design of ONE template. As we may select more than one designer, please be creative and put your best effort into your work here. Remember, we want to work with the right people for a long time...so let's see what you've got!

Error on price above - I meant to put the equivalent of around £30GBP.
WE WILL PAY $40-50 PER DESIGN WE ACCEPT.
I have extensive knowledge of what goes into designing these templates and I know that a good designer can knock up a template in an hour. $50 is more than enough for an hour's work. I just don't have the capacity myself to produce all the designs that our clients want.

We're after TWO templates urgently. We will be picking a developer/more than one on the basis of mock-ups of the design ideas that we are requesting.
** THIS IS URGENT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY **
We need two templates:
Template 1: Clean and crisp business style. This template is for a digital download store. This template should be 60-80% screen width. We would like a single left column for the menus, a good space at the top of the website for a banner and top buttons under the banner for "Log-In/Log-Out"(depending on the users current status) "My Account" "Shopping Basket" "Checkout". We are interested to see if there are any other features that you may wish to add too. We require this template in 3 different colour styles. Style One should be Navy Blue and white. Style Two should be Light Green and white. Style Three should be Light Orange and white.
Template 2: This is for a store selling DVDs & Video Games. The style needs to be modern and attractive. We are happy to let you be creative with this design. We would prefer 60-80% screen width for the store, but a good full-screen store style will be considered. We require this in 3 different colour schemes also. Please use your imagination and come up with something you like.
** PAYMENT **
We will pay $40-50 for each template, depending on quality. Payment will be made via Paypal after you have demoed the template to us.
** BONUSES **
There are bonus payments available for any designer who creates more than 3 colour schemes, and any designer who wants to design templates for the following, less urgent stores that we're building:
* Music Download Site
* Website Template Site (this is for HTML/Flash templates)
* PC Training Course Site
* Ebook Site
* Vinyl + DJ Site
