I am creating a huge browser based MMO. It is strat and economy based. I will based in fantasy medieval times

I am looking for developers to create the game from start to finish. It must then have the ability to be easily managed by myself.

It must work with most browsers. I want an extensive economy inbedded in the game that will translate to something like the stock market of today and have a way to transfer real cash into the game system, much like 2nd life. I want every aspect of a kingdom to be run by the player, including diplomacy, economy, and domestic matters. There will be a finite number of countries per world or continent and will expand via making new worlds or continents. Must be turn based. Must have a way to extend the economy to real money via merchants or paypal. I am looking to work closely with the developer in the making of the game, so you must be available to work with me. The game must have visual maps with everything included such as roads towns, trade routes ... etc. A good starting point for developer reference would be www.simcountry.com. Although the game would be completely different this would be a good starting point. However I would like it to look a bit more professional than that particular website.
