Description: This project consists of building a Joomla template. The site will be aimed at a niche market within car sales. The site in question will be brand new but we have ideas about what we are looking for.

The template must be fresh, clean and modern and the design must be top quality.

- Must be compatible with latest versions of Joomla
- Contact form (form management)
- Ability to ad cars we are selling in the format we want
- All other basic aspects of a website (copyright, privacy policy, faqs etc)
- We are only interested in working with an individual, not staff.
- Template must be original

The design of this template will be a process and I will need somebody who is not afraid to listen to instructions. We will receive exclusive and complete copyrights of the articles upon payment and may not be redistributed.
