Description

I will need someone to make a Gift site with a coreg path installed in it.

You can clone sites I provide for you example.

Description:
First page, would have a simple form Enter email or zip submit, it will allow me to edit itmake new landing pages in the backend.

Second page, would have the simple form to fill out the users information, In the backend it would allow me to edit the header, image of prize, etc.

Third page, will start the path with the offers I add, it will have to read the data they entered on the second page for coreg, so on the third page they start selecting Yes or No's to offers.. If they select "Yes" an iframe of the offer I add will show up on the page with the information filled out

Make sure to complete the whole path to see what I am talking about.

On the last page the user will land to a page like this:

Filled with offers to complete

Make sure this script will allow the user to log back in to check the status of their prize.
