Project has two categories:
1. Technical
2. Graphics

Please indicate clearly what you’re bidding on. I might award one or multiple teams, or based on the provider awarded, I will post the category not yet awarded for more proposals. Please be aware project can commence only when both teams are hired.

This project is to establish a new Joomla site with a Rockettheme template. Configure site and help transfer contents from an existing site to the new site. Depending on the price you quote, the transfer may be just a sample of each type, and the rest will be done by an admin trained by you. All contents that don’t exist in the current site will be buyer’s responsibility, but page should be configured and ready for content.

Bid includes training up to two admin users at the same time to manage the content of all the modules. Specify number of hours offered. Some documentation and WebEx (or equivalent) live sessions expected.

Need a Sales listing module; for that, you can read more in the attached pdf file, but prefer using ALL open source or low cost commercial extensions. Minimum to no custom code. (See detailed list of modules and extensions in attached pdf document.)

BTW, read the attached pdf for a reference site, but we have only about 25% of their content in volume, and our data will be presented in a different way.

Will need a simple logo and 5 to 10 different background png files created from high quality digital photos. Look at http://www.mccn.edu/ for the type of background. Please separately quote for making the backgrounds, the final job offer may or may not include this portion of the work. If you wish to bid on the graphic work, you must submit an example of your work with original picture and the final result. Also, expect a few rounds of refinement unless you’re extremely talented and can capture exactly what I want after our discussion.

Overall, the quality of site must be comparable to http://www.mccn.edu/ It’s just that we have only much less and different contents (about 10% and on a completely different topic.)

Must provide list of sites created from scratch and approximate time spent to deliver each project. Please supply one or two site owners that I can contact for references. To win this project, in addition to technical skills, you must demonstrate that you have a methodology to plan and execute on the plan.

Only providers who have high speed internet access and WebEx (or equivalent) and can be contacted by Skype call (or equivalent) at any time during hours between 9 PM – 12 PM PST will be considered. Since this project is very visual, frequent reviews (daily or a few times a day when necessary) must be expected.

Only experienced graphic artist should try to bid on the background work. Sample work must be provided with your proposal.

Target to complete the project in two weeks once started. Thank you for looking at this project.
