Description

Hi, I need a good flash developer to create a rotating globe of icons. Moreover, the globe, consisting of about 100 icons (which will be provided), will rotate automatically in relation to the direction of a user's scrolling movement.

A short outline will be provided in PM.

This should be a pretty straightforward task, so please bid competitively, since this is the just the 1st phase of other flash projects.
