Description
My company is launching a new product to our customer base called WebWraps. The WebWraps concept is simple. The customer picks a website layout, picks a color scheme, picks content modules to add to their site, and then adds their personal contact information, domain name ,etc, and designs their own website. All sites are geared towards real estate agents.We are looking for a developer using Flash with PHP who can create a Flash and PHP application that will walk the users through the steps of customizing their choices, and then create a Flash/PHP preview of what their site will look like.
Once the user has confirmed that the preview is what they are looking for, then the application would execute scripts to create the website files based on the users specifications. The files would then be FTPd to a server in a folder with a standardized folder and file naming convention.
The system needs to be flexible enough so that we can add content modules, layouts, and color schemes through a back end user interface at any time. We currently have two layouts with 9 color schemes (shared color schemes, not 9 per layout), but plan to expand the layout and color scheme choices each month. The content modules are all pre-built Flash SWF files. We currently have 3 or 4 content modules (a photo gallery, an island guide, a maps gallery, etc) but plan to expand this to 6 to 10 modules in the next 6 months.
All content modules, layouts, graphics, color schemes, text, and required fields will be provided in their native file format (PSD, JPG, HTML, FLA, etc)
If we could have the final website files scripted as PHP include files, with stylesheets and Flash menus (this is the current structure of the websites) that would be our preference.

We would like to get started on this project right away, and need a reliable and dedicated developer/team to move tihs project along quickly.
