phpBB Design:
I have a site that needs to be designed with only a few requests in regards to the design. Must be original design and not a template or other. CSS experience must be PROVEN.

Flash Into Page Changes:
I need a flash element removed from a flash intro page. Should not take at most 2 hours for a competent designer.

Update to project details:

You will not be customizing flash intro page, but rather just designing phpBB existing website. Site is already uploaded, you just need to create style sheets and design so we can upload to server.
